Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $300,000 USD, commensurate with experience and contributions.
- Equity: $100,000 - $300,000 USD based on experience and impact.
- Location: Onsite at our spacious office in San Francisco, California.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build and scale core infrastructure to support our growing network.
- Tackle complex technical and product challenges with a focus on user experience.
- Lead the technical direction with high levels of ownership and autonomy.

- Experience in full-stack development.
- A strong aptitude for solving ambiguous technical and product-related issues.
- Expertise in building and scaling distributed systems.
- Practical experience with LLMs and AI infrastructure.
