Senior Level Engineer with Leadership skills and SAFe

Initial questions we can ask to weed out candidates before subbing:
  1. Have you What environment have you worked in? They need to say scaled agile framework without us prompting in our screening
  2. Communication question - could you tell me about your experience in communication 360 degrees in organization ( this answer should include them saying: reporting up to manager and collaborating with peers and Jr staff - 360 degree communication

Notes (but please read all the way down):
  • SaS - strong preference
  • Work in SAFe environment - must
  • Doesn't need to be a part of implementation of SAFe
  • Years of experience with SAFe scaled agile environment - minimum at least 2 years as a senior on a team
  • Backend with some front end - don't need to be experts in Angular but some experience
  • Top 2 tools - GitLab significant 1-3 years
  • Know how to do merge request and full requests
  • Not administering it just the basics use and utilization
  • 95% of the new work is communicating with your team
  • 5% with managers
  • Its team based communication - talk to requirement, scrum master, testers - if you cant speak those ways you wont be a fit
  • They need to be willing to sit with Product Owner for automation and collaborate
  • Senior to team lead person
  • Finding ppl who have some innate leadership and great communication
  • Preference exp Safe scaled agile framework
