We are actively hiring drivers in Nassau County, Long Island. A CDL license is advantageous, but if you don't have one, we provide paid CDL training to help you get started
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Morning and afternoon split-shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week
- Paid CDL Permit Training
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements
- Starting Pay: $24.25/hour for School Bus Van Drivers
- Starting Pay: $28.50/hour for School Bus Drivers (CDL A or B with P and S Endorsement Required)

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior to ensure a safe ride.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws, as well as district requirements and standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willingness to obtain through our free training).
- Able to pass a drug test, background check, and maintain compliance with state and federal CDL guidelines.
- Non-CDL drivers must hold a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
