Valtir is currently looking to hire a Career Quality Inspector team member for our Fort Worth, TX plant.

As a Career Quality Inspector, you'll make visual and measured inspection of products to ensure conformance with standards and determine if products meet all requirements.

Location: Ft. Worth, TX

Starting rate $21 per hour

Full-time: M-F, 6am to 2:30pm

What you will do:

  • Proficiently utilize inspection tools and measuring equipment
  • Understand and apply quality science and tools
  • May be Welding Inspector Specialist (WIS) Level II or able to achieve in 6 months
  • Work under the supervision of a Level 2 Certified Inspector
  • Follow all safety rules and practices
  • May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Certified in at least 2 additional NDE methods (such as bubble leak, dye penetrant, ultrasound, radiography film interpretation)
