The Community Pharmacy Operations Manager plays a crucial role in positively impacting consumers and clinic partners through our pharmaceutical care services. This position is responsible for the financial, clinical, and quality aspects of pharmacy services and will manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and dedicating time to patients. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing pharmacy staff.

Your Responsibilities:
- Foster a great experience for consumers and clinic partners, building strong relationships to address needs proactively.
- Act as a clinical expert to staff and facilitate team meetings aimed at achieving optimal clinical outcomes.
- Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, possible adverse effects, and personal medication inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards in alignment with state and federal laws.
- Offer wellness services, including immunizations and preventative care.
- Oversee financial performance and seek opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy.
- Motivate and develop pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve their full potential.
- Create an engaging team environment that promotes compassion and aligns with our core values.
- Proactively identify and recruit top talent for pharmacy roles.
- Analyze performance indicators to identify trends and initiate improvement measures.
- Conduct business and workforce planning to ensure operational excellence.
- Build relationships within the community and with stakeholders to meet needs and promote the pharmacy.
- Drive marketing efforts to highlight all pharmacy offerings.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Illinois.
- Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hire.
- Willingness to complete LAI training and administer LAI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in pharmacy.
- Experience in retail pharmacy settings.
