Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location

North Carolina

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, particularly in outpatient settings, and have experience in managing a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide education to patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in outpatient physical therapy.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Current licensure in North Carolina as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for state licensure examination.
  • Cerner experience is preferred but not mandatory.
