Part-time (~30 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday: ~5-7 hours per day
- Optional weekends if desired
We're looking for an experienced, confident, and people-focused Membership & Sales Associate to join our F45 family. This isn't just a sales role - it's about building lasting relationships. The right person will be outgoing, reliable, driven to grow the studio, and genuinely invested in helping people reach their goals.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential members, guiding them from interest to commitment and ensuring they feel supported from day one.
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional new member onboarding experiences that build connection and loyalty
- Generate and manage leads, following up proactively to convert them into members
- Drive consistent growth and meet monthly new member targets
- Deliver studio tours and support member retention
- Ensure all guests and members feel welcomed, informed, and inspired to take the next step in their fitness journey
- Help keep the studio clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
- Be a positive and motivating presence in the studio
- Previous sales experience required (bonus if in fitness, hospitality, or memberships)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and confident speaking to new people
- Exceptionally personable, positive, and people-focused
- Genuinely passionate about fitness, health, and helping others
- Eager to grow, constantly improve, and stay sharp - professionally and personally
- Familiar with (or open to learning) software such as MindBody, Loyalsnap, and other sales tools
- Cares deeply about people and making a difference in their lives
- Brings energy and warmth to every interaction
- Thrives in a goal-driven, high-performance environment
- Wants to be a part of a tight-knit, supportive team
Compensation:
Hourly wage + uncapped commission
Compensation: $18.00 - $80.00 per hour
