Responsibilities

* Provide outpatient primary care services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illness evaluations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care strategies.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practices in outpatient care.

Qualifications

* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
* Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting.
