The Johns Hopkins Cardiovascular Diagnostic Laboratory (CVDL) is a state of the art imaging facility performing over 24,000 diagnostic and interventional procedures annually. We treat the following conditions:

  • Congenital heart defects
  • Coronary artery disease
  • Cardiomyopathy
  • Heart failure
  • Peripheral vascular disease
  • Valvular heart disease
The CVDL operates eleven (11) procedure rooms. There are general areas within the CVDL:
  • Cardiology
  • Radiology
  • Electrophysiology
We are currently searching for a Senior Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist to join our elite team. As a Sr. Cardiovascular Rad Tech you will:
  • Ensure effecient and safe day-to-day operations of the department
  • Coordinate the daily schedule and workload
  • Assist with all invasive and non-invasive procedures
  • Monitor and interpret complex patient hemodynamics

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, ultrasound or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience with cardiovascular equipment or in cardiac cath lab setting
  • Ability to navigate rapidly changing situations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift

10 hour shifts

Weekend work is required

Salary Range: Minimum 44.61/hour - Maximum 73.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
