  • Experience implementing large-scale complex SAP projects•
  • A credible expert with 10+ years of experience with SAP software •
  • Able to design transportation management processes to meet business requirements•
  • Technical knowledge of ABAP, BOPF, and integration with other SAP modules•
  • Experience working in waterfall and agile delivery models•
  • Able to lead customer discussions with confidence to extract business requirements and translate them into workable solutions in SAP TM•
  • Strong negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset•
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills•
  • The candidate should have several SAP TM implementations (embedded, standalone, basic, and professional versions)•
  • Strong knowledge of SAP TM with integration experience with SAP SD and SAP MM •
  • Experience of S/4 HANA and should be aware of the S/4HANA roadmap, aware of differences between various releases and innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA releases•
  • Experience integrating SAP with other SAP and non-SAP solutions•
  • Solid understanding of transportation from shipper and LSP perspectives
