As a Route Coverage Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our standard of excellence by stepping in to cover delivery routes when our Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Mastering Multiple Routes: Gain thorough knowledge of various routes and customer details to ensure top-tier service.
• Delivering Products: Safely transport and unload clean garments and other products for customers along established routes while collecting used items for return.
• Providing Top-Notch Customer Service: Cultivate strong relationships through clear communication and positive interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Effective Problem Solving: Address customer requests independently and resolve issues to enhance loyalty.
• Operational Management: Conduct invoice management, inventory audits, and uphold vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Prioritizing Safety: Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to safeguard yourself and others.
• Supporting Routing Efforts: Collaborate with the Service and Management Teams on new account installations, assist RSRs, and contribute to effective rerouting.
• Sharing Feedback: Communicate customer insights and recommendations to location leadership and remain updated on local market activities.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License & Record: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• DOT Requirement: Comply with all Department of Transportation standards, including necessary medical evaluations.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service required.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer interactions, deliveries, or route sales is beneficial.
• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with learning new tech for improved operations.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active for extended periods.
