Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Outpatient facility may be open to 4-10's. ' three-clinician (2 PT, 1 PTA) office located just outside of DC. Age Group: Adults; Adolescent; Geriatric Productivity Tools/Expectations: Average Caseload Size Caseload Size: 55 visits/week Applicable Professional Skills: Case Management Applicable Evaluation / Assessment Methods: Fall Risk Assessment; Gross Motor Assessments Ortho Skills: Achilles Tendonitis; ACL Tear; Back Pain-Post Operative; Calf Strain; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Disc Herniation; Fractures/Stress Fractures; Generalized Low Back Pain; Headache; Meniscus Tear; Osteoarthritis; Osteoporosis; Plantar fasciitis; Postural Dysfunction; Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Neuro Skills: Brachial Plexus Injury; CVA; Degenerative Diseases; Parkinson's Disease About Continuum Medical Staffing Continuum Medical Staffing is a boutique national staffing firm with a big purpose.
