What You'll Do
  • Assess, plan,implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs
  • Documentobservations and nursing interventions clearly and accurately
  • Assign and lead CNAduties based on resident needs and staffing levels
  • Maintain a caseloadof 14-65 residents, depending on assignment
What You'll Need
  • Graduate of anaccredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN or LPNlicense in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent)
  • Current CPRcertification
  • 6 months to 1 yearof healthcare experience preferred
