Description : Service all incoming clients including phone and walk-ins for changes to existing coverage. Cross-sell, upsell, quote and bind new policies in accordance with company guidelines. Gather renewal information and exposures and deliver binders/policies to insureds, complete applications for designated renewal business and interact with underwriting companies. Document all material conversations with insureds and/or carriers regarding exposures and coverages. Conduct periodic service calls for designated accounts. Complete binders and/or policy or endorsement requests, interacting with customers, agency and company personnel to minimize potential for errors and omissions claims. Process all terminations and cancellations. Handle premium collection and claims. Generate new business. Update account management system. Requirements : Valid New Jersey P&C license required. EPIC required.
