Product Manager, Analytics (Adobe Analytics Implementation)
s the Product Manager for Adobe Analytics Implementation, you will lead the execution, governance, and optimization of Adobe Analytics tracking across our digital ecosystem-including desktop, mobile web, and the app .
You will serve as the subject matter expert in Adobe Analytics, Mobile Services, and diagnostic tools such as Charles, ensuring accurate data collection, strong measurement frameworks, and high-integrity insights that power product, marketing, and business decision-making.
This role works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Personalization, UX, and Business teams to ensure tracking requirements are met and maintained at scale. You will help define KPIs, write JIRA stories, validate Adobe tags, troubleshoot issues, build dashboards, and support a data-driven culture across the organization.
What You'll Do

- Drive end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation across our web and mobile experiences.
- Manage tagging strategy, data layer requirements, and ongoing data governance for new features and releases.
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to define analytics requirements, write JIRA stories to implement Adobe variables like evars, props and events, validate tag deployment, and ensure accurate tracking within sprint timelines.
- QA analytics tags using Charles, Fiddler, Firebug, or similar tools; diagnose discrepancies and resolve tracking issues in partnership with engineering and reporting teams.
- Own and evolve measurement frameworks, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and product goals.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure performance is measurable, comparable, and actionable across platforms.
- Conduct impact assessments and provide communication to stakeholders when tracking issues arise.
- Develop, maintain, and scale dashboards and automated reports to track engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue trends.
- Utilize data visualization best practices to communicate insights clearly to product, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics implementation (web + app) with Adobe Analytics.
