Along with excellent training and experience, Centre offers competitive compensation and benefits that include:

• Pay: $18.80 to $22.00 (Depends on experience)
• Health and Welfare: Employees may be eligible to receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of up to $5.09 per hour in addition to base pay (Up to $407.20 per pay period)
• Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour
• 100% employer-paid individual medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for full-time employees
• Paid vacation and sick leave
• 11 paid holidays per year
• Double-time pay on holidays worked
• 401(k) with company match of up to 6%(must meet age, hours, and length of service requirements)
  

Candidates who are extended a conditional offer must complete an exhaustive background check process prior to beginning employment, which includes a criminal background check, drug screen, professional reference check, employment check, and PREA institutional employer checks.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Some college education focused in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates who possess at least two years of experience working with criminal justice treatment programs.
  

This position also requires effective communication skills, the ability to pay attention to detail, and proficiency in the use of computers, including use of the internet and Microsoft Office.
