Looking for a hands-on MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our team and thrive in our continuous improvement culture. This is a career opportunity with room to grow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help perform maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, lift trucks, skid steers, building and grounds.
  • Perform minor electrical repair and adjustment to motors, and associated components.
  • Maintain quality, clean and organize work areas.
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
  • Generally, a 1st shift position but must be available to work overtime as necessary.
  • Participate in maintenance call rotation post-onboarding period.
  • Abide by 0 tolerance drug policy, which includes participating in random drug screens.
Skills:
  • Must have welding experience
  • Familiar with shop practices such as milling, grinding, fabrication. etc.
  • Working knowledge of some of the following systems: motors, drives, gears, bearings, high pressure hydraulics, conveyors, pneumatic components, magnetic drums, and screens, etc.
  • Good attitude, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Able to work independently but not afraid to ask questions
  • At least 6 months industrial maintenance experience.
