Assistant Restaurant Manager

Join our team and become part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment at a Taco Bell franchise As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. In the absence of the RGM, you'll take the lead in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing work shifts and ensuring Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads complete their assigned tasks.
  • Delivering safe and high-quality food to our customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Assisting the RGM with facility maintenance and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing talented Team Members and Shift Leads.
