Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide array of vehicles with proficiency.
- Continuously expanding your expertise across both domestic and foreign automotive brands.
- Conducting thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborating with team members to effectively address guest concerns.
- Upholding our safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
- Communicating effectively with the service department about any issues.
- Working together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- Master Certified L1 or actively pursuing L1 Certification.
- Clean driving record.
- Expertise in drivability and diagnostic technology.
- Electrical experience across all makes and models.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience as an automotive technician.
- Willingness to train and mentor other team members.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to serving our guests.
- Capability to diagnose and repair vehicles of all years, makes, and models.
- Aiming to meet or exceed hourly productivity goals.
- Aptitude for learning new OEM scan tool systems.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Desire for long-term career development with us.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
- Comfortable using tools on vehicles lifted above head.
- Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
- Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficiency in navigating a computer.
