The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with a strong interest in orthopedics, neurology, or upper-extremity rehabilitation who thrives in an integrated, team-based environment.

If you're driven to help patients regain strength, restore function, and return to meaningful daily activities with confidence - this is where you belong.

Preferred: Experience or interest in custom splinting, functional movement retraining, and upper-extremity rehab programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Apply manual therapy and evidence-based interventions for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with our in-house team of physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors
  • Educate patients on adaptive strategies, ergonomic principles, and home exercise programs
  • Help patients restore independence in both work and daily living activities
  • Represent Recover Pro at community and wellness events

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New Jersey
  • PAMS Certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong manual therapy and patient-centered care skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for continuous learning, mentorship, and innovation
  • Motivated to build and contribute to a high-performance, multi-disciplinary practice
