Are you a recent Accounting or Finance graduate ready to launch your career in one of the most exciting areas of business? Our client - a rapidly growing Birmingham-based company - is hiring a Transaction Advisory Analyst to join their high-energy corporate development team.

This role offers rare early-career exposure to mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, corporate strategy, and senior leadership. It's an outstanding opportunity for a motivated recent grad who lives in Birmingham and wants to accelerate their career on the front end of deals.

What You'll Do
  • Support evaluation and screening of acquisition opportunities
  • Build and refine detailed financial models and forecasts
  • Analyze financial statements and performance metrics of potential targets
  • Assist with due diligence and post-acquisition integration
  • Prepare polished presentations and reports for executive leadership
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong academic performance (3.5+ GPA preferred)
  • Internship experience in accounting, finance, banking, or analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
  • Detail-oriented, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
