What You Can Expect When Driving for CFI:
- For Solo Drivers:
- Earn up to $0.57 per mile
- Average around 118,800 miles annually
- Top drivers can earn over $100,000 yearly
- For Team Drivers:
- Earn up to $0.73 per mile (split)
- Each driver receives their pay rate for all truck miles
- Top drivers can earn over $100,000 each annually
- 401(k) plan with company match

- Additional pay for stop-offs, Canadian border crossings, local work, layovers, and non-customary work
- $3,000 referral bonus for each experienced driver hired

Layover Pay for Peace of Mind: CFI is committed to providing our CDL-A Drivers with reliable miles. In the rare case of a layover, you’ll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period, ensuring your time is valued.
Driver Trainers Needed Experience the fulfillment of mentoring new drivers. Immediate openings available Earn an extra $0.23 per mile on all miles, plus a potential bonus of $500.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Valid CDL-A license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work and reside in the United States
- Willing to travel across all 48 contiguous states for 2-3 weeks at a time
- No BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or moving violation suspensions within the last five years
- Must meet all work attendance and availability requirements, alongside legal and DOT regulations
- Ability to pass CFI certification classes and requirements
