Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to join our team in Minneapolis (Hopkins location). This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in business process automation and a strong background in enterprise system integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BAW solutions that streamline and optimize critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development:
• Design, develop, and implement scalable IBM BAW solutions to automate complex business processes.
• Process Modeling & Case Management:
• Create and configure workflows, process models, and case management solutions tailored to business needs.
• System Integration:
• Integrate BAW applications with various enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• User Interface Development:
• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Production Support (L2):
• Provide Level 2 support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Agile Collaboration:
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting
• Familiarity with Java (preferred but not mandatory)

• Methodologies & Tools:
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to Cloud platforms and deployment strategies
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on business process automation and workflow solutionsWork Environment:
• This role requires onsite presence at the Hopkins office at least 3 days per week.
• Collaborative and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
