Oracle Cloud Technical SME is responsible for delivering the complex solutions using Oracle HCM cloud technologies. He/She needs to be self motivated and lead the team for successful project delivery. Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI, FRS and HCM Data Loader (HDL). Work experience on HCM oracle Cloud modules technical side.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues.
• Communicate effectively with client in response to break/fix production issues.
• Guide and support client on the HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations, and reports.
• Work in collaboration with onshore and offshore Core HR, Payroll, and HCM Technical resources to resolve client issues.
• Develop ad hoc reports to cater to business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Skillset:
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical and Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
• Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI and FRS.
• Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) - HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
• Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects with strong documentation skills.

• Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
• Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
• Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout from technical side of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Basic understanding of payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards etc.
• Support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM interfaces and/or data migration, raising/fixing any potential bugs found and provide advice and guidance in this area.

Job Description:
IICS developer - is responsible for owning and delivering complex Data Integration & migration solutions using IICS technologies. The candidate will be responsible for development of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) for customer. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle.
The candidate will own reviewing design elements and suggesting on the overall technical design. The candidate will be responsible for developing the data migration flows ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business. The candidate must also have experience providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop data pipelines to ingest source data into the Data Platform using relational drivers as well as application delivered APIs. Build ETL to centralize data into the Data staging environment.
• Develop, unit test and system test integration components.
• Load/extract data from multiple cloud applications (primarily Salesforce.com) and legacy applications (e.g., Oracle)
Create support documentation describing the functionality of the integrations.
