Location: Fairfax, Falls Church, Tysons, Reston, or Woodbridge, VA
Schedule: Full-Time, no evenings or weekends
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding private practice in Northern Virginia. We are a highly respected, physician-owned group with a strong reputation for patient-centered care and a collaborative environment.
- Comprehensive Primary Care: While initially specializing in women's health, our practice has grown to incorporate a full scope of family medicine, offering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. This expansion enhances the patient experience by providing coordinated care under one roof.
- Collaborative Approach: We believe in a collaborative, team-based approach to medicine, driven by a strong focus on quality metrics and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Forward Thinking Team: You will be working alongside an experienced team of 2 Family Medicine physicians and highly supportive staff. Our practice incorporates technology into our EMR and workflow to minimize extra administrative burdens.
- Flexible Schedule: We are committed to the professional and personal well-being of our physicians, offering flexible full-time schedules. Options for 4-5 days/week (minimum of 32 hours/week). There are no evenings or weekends required.
- Long-Term Growth: As a growing practice with a vision to continue expanding throughout Northern Virginia, we offer a highly competitive employment package and dynamic environment for long-term professional growth.
- Offering an ideal mix of urban and suburban living, Northern Virginia borders downtown Washington, D.C. and is conveniently situated between three major airports.
