We are looking for a Patient Acquisition Specialist to manage incoming inquiries, engage with potential patients, and guide them through the onboarding process. This role is essential in converting leads into new patients by providing clear, informative consultations (without medical advice) and ensuring a smooth transition into treatment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new patients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary forms and requirements are completed.
  • Monitor and respond to live chat questions on the website.
  • Collect and organize leads from contact forms using HubSpot (proficiency is a plus)
  • Maintain accurate documentation per medical and regulatory guidelines.
  • Follow up with potential patients to educate them on clinic services and treatment options.
  • Conduct 15-20 minute consultations with prospective patients to assess needs and answer questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and lead conversions in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to active patient.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, a sense of urgency, and self-motivation to achieve the required metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with prospective and current patients
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Healthcare industry and patient care experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales, patient coordination, or customer service (preferably in a medical or wellness setting).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with potential patients.
  • Ability to explain complex medical services in a clear and engaging way without giving medical advice.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
