Join our innovative team as a Mid-Senior Level Engineer with expertise in Python, AWS cloud services, containerization, and cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. We're looking for a talented individual who has hands-on experience in designing scalable data ingestion pipelines, deploying GenAI/LLM solutions, and creating retrieval-augmented and agentic systems tailored for enterprise applications. This role requires comprehensive solution design that integrates data, infrastructure, orchestration, and model integration across modern cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications and microservices utilizing Python and a variety of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Bedrock, and CloudFormation.
  • Create and manage containerized solutions employing Docker, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD automation practices.
  • Engineer robust data ingestion and processing pipelines to effectively integrate structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Redis), and RAG architectures.
  • Develop and oversee knowledge bases, embedding pipelines, and context-retrieval systems that are optimized for real-world performance.
  • Design and orchestrate agentic workflows using modern frameworks and multi-agent patterns to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
  • Utilize AWS Bedrock for integrating foundation models, managing operational guidelines, tuning prompts, and enhancing model performance.
  • Establish and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure leveraging tools like CloudFormation, IAM, VPC, along with AWS networking best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, engineering) to effectively translate requirements into actionable technical designs.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of production AI/ML workloads, focusing on inference performance, latency, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  • Uphold high standards of code quality through GitHub version control, comprehensive documentation, and automated testing practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or ML/AI development.
  • Expert proficiency in Python programming (preferably with FastAPI, Flask, or Async frameworks).
  • Deep familiarity with a broad array of AWS services, encompassing both serverless and container architectures.
  • Practical experience in Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or CDK.
  • Demonstrated success in building RAG pipelines, integrating vector stores, and constructing embedding workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and generative AI development practices.
  • Experience with agentic orchestration using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom agent frameworks, or AWS Agents.
  • Experience integrating with AWS Bedrock or similar foundation model platforms.
  • Robust understanding of distributed systems, API development, security practices, and cloud-native design patterns.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to work independently in dynamic environments.
