SAP WM/Logistics Execution Functional Consultant

- The SAP WM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP WM, MM, IM, and SD modules, ensuring efficient materials management, warehouse operations, and integration with other business processes.
- The role involves close collaboration with remote teams and clients to deliver high-quality SAP solutions in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Total 7 to 10+ years of experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP WM experience.
- Preferably at least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP WM.
- Minimum 4 years of SAP WM support experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Minimum 3 years of domain experience in relevant business functions.
- Strong SAP MM/IM/WM/SD configuration and process knowledge.
- Experience with SAP processes such as Goods Receipt, Return to Vendor, Stock Transport Order, Subcontracting, Delivery and Goods Issues to Sales Order, and Customer Returns.
- Prior experience with RF developments.
- Strong communication skills and extensive client contact experience.
- Ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
- Experience working with SAP remote teams and understanding integration touch points.
- Ability to work in environments processing large volumes of data with diverse users.
- Sound knowledge of material handling, procurement, warehouse operations, and physical inventory.
- Experience creating Functional Specifications for ABAP developments and validating custom objects.
- Flexibility to support remote meetings and variable working hours.
- Preferred Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience.
- Transportation and planning experience in SAP.
- Manufacturing background with understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP process experience in material handling, procurement, replenishment, and warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of business processes, functional requirements, and best practices.
- Knowledge of implementation, project, and support processes including issue tracking and management.
- Ability to review and edit requirements, specifications, and business process documentation.
- Experience ensuring timely issue resolution during testing.
- Strong SAP WM configuration expertise and understanding of integration touchpoints with other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good technical understanding of SAP systems.
- Ability to manage user expectations effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Builds effective relationships with user departments to ensure smooth project execution.
