StartDate: 12/15/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1595.61 - $1748.38

PT needed asapFacility Setting? Freestanding 40 bed IRFWill position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Float at needed to St. Mary ARU-Hobart (290J)Number of beds in your facility? 40Preferred experience level? Acute rehab experience preferred; but strong applicants consideredIs there anyone in the past that has worked for you that you would consider rehiring? Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
