Job Description:
Support Government and Cydecor Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Subject Matter Experts (SME's) with administrative FMS program. Work includes development of work products related to initiation, investigation, management, and closure of FMS cases under cognizance of NAVSEA PMS 408, Expeditionary Programs.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist the FMS team with development of input to the Monthly Status Report.
- Assist with the development / production of administrative documents, power point presentations and spreadsheets required for the management of FMS initiatives.
- Attend meetings in person and virtually. Take, edit, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain electronic files in accordance with filing architecture.
- Ensure effective quality control of all FMS team products.
- Identify process improvements and make recommendations for improved efficiency.
- Assist FMS team and other PMS 408 personnel with general administrative and programmatic matters as assigned.
Here's what you need:
- 1-2 years working on FMS programs, preferably Navy.
- Command of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- 1 year performing administrative tasks within, preferably within a DoD / DON environment.
- DON/NAVSEA experience preferred.
Security Clearance:
- DOD Secret Clearance
Education:
- BA/BS degree in an administrative or management field, International Policy or related International Program degree is a plus
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid - 2 days per week required onsite at 300 M Street or Washington Navy Yard.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
