Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft quarterly and annual financial filings in compliance with SEC guidelines.
- Create and review supporting documentation for financial disclosures and audit requirements.
- Conduct research on accounting standards and prepare related memos and footnotes.
- Assist in preparing earnings materials and ensure data accuracy for public release.
- Collaborate on audits, internal reviews, and special assignments tied to strategic initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- At least 3+ of experience in financial reporting, public accounting, or a related field.
- Background in financial services and familiarity with SEC reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- A solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrates professionalism and alignment with company values and compliance standards.
