We’re seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative Float
In this dynamic role, you'll play a vital part in meeting the financial needs of both new and existing customers. You'll identify opportunities to develop customer relationships, deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions, and actively promote our various business lines with the goal of growing our customer base.
In our Float position, you'll also have the unique opportunity to spend time and collaborate with our teams across our various branches throughout Southern Maine, building relationships with our wide customer base

What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
- Self-motivated and driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.
- Availability on Saturday mornings is necessary.
- Ability to travel in between branches.
- 120 hours of paid time off per year

Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
Physical effort required; lifting up to 35 lbs.; reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies.
