**Job Title: Electrical Senior Project Manager

**Location: Dallas, Austin Texas and Reno

**Salary: $100k-$185k

**About US:**
United Trades of America is a leader in providing skilled labor to the construction industry. We are seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager with electrical experience to oversee large-scale projects.

**Responsibilities: **

  • Define clear and concise work statements for field operations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day project administration, either directly overseeing staff or multiple Project Managers.
  • Train and mentor Project Managers on company philosophy and operational systems.
  • Negotiate and oversee the preparation of all change orders related to the project.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs to monitor project progress and performance.
  • Train and supervise a Project Assistant in the management of project tracking tools.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to facilitate seamless construction activities.
  • Collaborate with onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Investigate and address any serious issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and equipment rental.
  • Safeguard the company's interests while fostering strong client relationships.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
- 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.)
