Connected Health Care is partnering with an established Educational Services provider to hire a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role near Yuma, AZ. Job Description:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged students

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Track progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Provide support in-person across multiple school sites as needed

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Valid Arizona SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

• Previous school-based experience is a plus

• Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
