We are excited to offer a *NEW* Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the Mortgage Industry.
The Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) is a structured, full-time development program that prepares motivated candidates for a career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Participants begin as Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), receive hands-on training in the mortgage process, and transition into a licensed LO role within 12-18 months based on performance.
This role is ideal for early-career candidates and recent grads.
Training & Development
- Complete structured training in mortgage processing, origination, compliance, and sales
- Shadow experienced LOs and assist with real client scenarios
- Participate in performance checkpoints and coaching sessions
Loan Officer Assistant Duties
- Assist Loan Officers with borrower communication and loan file preparation
- Collect, review, and verify financial documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate loan data in internal systems
- Track appraisals, title work, and required verifications
- Prepare pre-qualifications and pre-approvals
- Maintain compliance with all lending regulations
Transition to Loan Officer
- Build and manage a personal client pipeline
- Analyze borrower eligibility and recommend loan products
- Guide clients through the application process through closing
- Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to obtain NMLS mortgage license (BOE will support this)

This is a full-time position with typical business work hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, some over-time may be required. This is an non-exempt position.
