Customer Service Lot Support Associate

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Lot Support Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers at Home Depot. You will assist customers with loading their purchases into their vehicles, ensure the store entrance is welcoming, and maintain an adequate supply of shopping carts for customer convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service as the first and last point of contact for customers.
- Assist customers with loading items into their vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and accessibility of the store entrance.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of shopping carts is available near the entrance.
- Interact positively with fellow Home Depot associates and customers.
