MDS Coordinator (RN) – Full-Time

West Ridge Specialty Care – Knoxville, Iowa

Schedule: 6a–6p | 3 days MDS, 2 days on the floor

What You’ll Bring

  • Valid RN license (Iowa or ability to activate)

  • Current CPR certification

  • MDS credentialed or willingness to obtain RAC-CT certification

  • Experience with MDS 3.0/RAI Manual and background in long-term care or gerontological nursing preferred
