Our team in partnership with a local manufacturing company is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on a Direct Hire basis. About the Role
Shift: 1st shift
Pay: $60,000/yr
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and orders. You'll provide excellent customer support by resolving issues, processing and tracking orders, assisting with billing questions, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, production, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Process, track, and follow up on orders through all stages of production.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy in company databases.
  • Address and resolve product, service, and billing concerns with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with returns, credits, and order-related documentation.
  • Support outside sales representatives with order status and customer updates.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; 1-3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages as needed.
