Job Highlights:

Earn between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour

As a Seasonal Inventory Associate, you'll play a vital role in our busiest seasons, ensuring customers have constant access to our products. You will manage the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and uphold our stockroom procedures while meeting our brand standards.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing incoming merchandise shipments
  • Replenishing products on the sales floor
  • Handling markdowns, stock transfers, and damaged goods
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness in both the stockroom and sales floor

To be considered for this role, you should meet these requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Availability for a flexible schedule
  • Comfort with technology (computers, hand-held devices)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform essential duties of the role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment (not mandatory)

Purpose of the Role:

The Inventory Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by ensuring efficient merchandise flow. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is key to maintaining stockroom procedures and achieving high standards in shipment processes and merchandising.

Your Impact:

Sales & Omni:

  • Ensure smooth store operations focusing on product flow
  • Deliver omni-channel requests following UA policies

Brand Image & Customer Experience:

  • Model the Under Armour service culture
  • Communicate brand messages effectively
  • Support visual merchandising standards

Retail Operations:

  • Achieve brand productivity standards for stock processing and replenishment
  • Maintain stockroom SOPs for optimal merchandise handling
  • Track inventory processing productivity
  • Support safety standards on the sales floor and communicate concerns
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention protocols

Team Collaboration/Self-Growth:

  • Work collaboratively to achieve store goals
  • Focus on personal development and performance improvement

Qualifications:

  • Basic communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Fluency in the local language
  • Proficient with technology and computer use
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings

Requirements:

  • 0-3 months of experience in sports/apparel retail
  • Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
  • Able to move around the store for extended periods
  • Access all areas of the store
