After-Sales Service Specialist position available in the Battle Creek, Michigan area.
Direct hire opportunity available at our client location who is a leading manufacturer. Pay rate is $24.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. On-site position.
Seeking a detail-oriented After-Sales Service Specialist to support our client’s department and service operations. This role will manage service data, ensure timely completion of quotes, maintain accurate service logs, and help keep projects on track. The After-Sales Service Specialist will collaborate with the service team to assist in resolving technical or operational issues as they arise.
Key Duties for the After-Sales Service Specialist:
-Support and execute after-sales operational strategies
-Coordinate after-sales service activities and customer communication
-Manage and track ongoing projects
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Core Responsibilities:
-Contribute to a positive leadership culture
-Support efficient business operations
-Ensure a strong customer-focused experience
-Uphold safety and quality standards

Requirements:
-Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
-1-3 years of experience in a similar or related role
-Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with general business software
