Our client, a leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a Sr Technology Manager - Master Data Management to join their team. As a Sr Technology Manager, you will be part of the Technology Innovation Center supporting a dynamic team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for information technology, strong communication skills, and a collaborative work approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Technology Manager - Master Data Management

Location: Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid)

Pay Range: 170k

What's the Job?

  • Lead and empower a team of Engineers with varying levels of experience.
  • Prioritize objectives and provide a holistic approach to solution recommendations.
  • Communicate the vision to executive management while guiding the team to support strategic direction.
  • Attract, recruit, retain, and coach a strong team of skilled and engaged associates.
  • Evaluate root causes to multi-layer problems and identify impacts beyond the immediate team/department.
What's Needed?
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology with 5+ years in technology development and implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience leading software projects leveraging Agile practices.
  • Experience with MDM tools like Reltio, Informatica, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
