Certified Wound Care Nurse Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Wound Care Nurse Coordinator for our Facility in Chicago, IL. This position requires excellence in wound care management, comfort in guiding/advising physicians on wound care assessments/recommendations, continual teaching with nursing staff on orders, products as well as wound care policies and procedures.
Organization and team-building skills are a must. Strong self-management ability is required, as is demonstrated achievement in the ability to create, implement and communicate a vision of leadership and strategic planning to patients, staff, colleagues and physicians. Maintains good relationship between the department and medical staff. Provide lines of communication between the department and physicians, and between physicians and administration. Strong communication skills and a successful record of improving operational efficiency are mandatory.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed RN in the State of Illinois
- Opportunity for all Nurses with Wound Care Experience
- 2 - 3 years of Wound Care Experience
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $60.00 per hour
