Job Description
Job Title: Physician or Advanced Practice Provider

License: Active state license required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred but not required
Must-Have: Ability to provide outpatient primary care to adult patients

Description:

The provider will deliver outpatient primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
The role involves managing a gradual ramp-up in patient volume, building up to approximately 18 patients per day.
The provider may work independently once fully onboarded.
The practice currently includes one physician and one advanced practice provider.
The position has no on-call responsibilities.
Strong clinical skills in internal medicine are required.
The provider should be comfortable working with adult patients in an outpatient setting.
