Join Our Team as a Digital Business Associate Manager

The Digital Business Associate Manager (Risk & Operations) plays a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity and operational efficiency of Panda's high-impact, consumer-focused loyalty program. Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Business & Guest Care, this position is key to supporting sustainable growth, reducing fraud, and enhancing digital care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rewards Risk Monitoring & Prevention: Analyze loyalty program activity to identify and mitigate fraud and abuse. Maintain proactive monitoring tools to detect anomalies. Collaborate with app development and Guest Care teams to resolve issues and enhance customer trust.
  • Budget Ownership & Financial Operations: Manage the digital and guest care team's budget operations, including invoicing and variance analysis. Conduct regular budget reviews with stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and process adherence.
  • Operational Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve performance issues across digital channels and guest care operations. Conduct root cause analyses to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Governance & Continuous Improvement: Develop and document new processes to support scalable operations. Audit existing processes for effectiveness and compliance, and work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement.
  • Team Operations & Planning: Support the team by tracking goals, coordinating reviews, and organizing communications. Assist leadership in preparing for strategic meetings and reviews.

Your Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years in operations, analytics, finance, or business process management
  • Experience in loyalty programs, e-commerce, or digital retail preferred
  • Successful completion of required training
  • Ability to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $126,500 per year, based on location and experience.
