AtWork is Hiring Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: Kent, WA Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Pay: $24 - $28 per hour Join a fast-paced and growing liquid product manufacturing setting where your work makes a real impact. This is an onsite position with a Monday Friday schedule offering long-term career potential and a supportive team. What you ll be doing: Process invoices accurately and manage customer payments Maintain up-to-date financial records and account information Follow up on overdue balances and communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate cash flow tracking What you bring to the table: Experience in Accounts Receivable Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid communication skills for client interactions Familiarity with NetSuite preferred Atwork Seattle Southwest is an equal opportunity employer.
