The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tenant improvement, underground installations, and EV infrastructure projects, with strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

5+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial/light industrial projects. Expertise in tenant improvement, underground electrical work, and EV charging installations. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices. Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Trade School Grad preferred but not an absolute need
