As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, your main responsibility will be to deliver exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring we meet the demands and preferences of shoppers. Your tasks will include:

  • Building attractive displays and end caps
  • Resetting shelves and optimizing product rotation
  • Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers

  • You are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and outgoing manner
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
  • You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
  • You can work independently while also thriving in a team environment
  • You prioritize safety in all job duties within a retail setting
