This is an AMAZING opportunity FOR YOU to work for a RESULTS FOCUSED organization in the Fitness Industry where we pay commissions and bonuses on your performance Which means you can make extra $ by making sales and offering Buddy Referrals

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and checking in all members making them feel welcome and important

Selling and setting up new memberships

Promoting and gaining Buddy Referrals from existing Members

Conducting guest tours

Assisting with club’s daily cleaning and other tidying tasks as assigned

Creating relationships inside and outside the gym

Learning and adhering to our processes and procedures

Answering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner

Making outbound follow up phone calls on your portioned incoming leads from web

Candidate Requirements:

Always display a positive, upbeat, outgoing and courteous personality.

Desired candidates will have some experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.

A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends.

Previous gym experience preferred but not required
