Shifts Available:
- B Crew $16/hr: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- C Crew $16.20/hr: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Job Summary:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count materials. You will play a key role in supporting production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials and products are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and stack materials and finished products according to job orders and instructions.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure forklifts are in safe operating condition.
- Conduct inventory counts and document material movement accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely material flow to production lines and shipping areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with good spatial awareness.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
