Job Summary
Assisting COSAM IT staff with a variety of IT tasks and duties.

- Responding to issues in COSAM academic classrooms to diagnose and resolve issues quickly,
- Maintaining IT equipment in COSAM academic classrooms,
- Monitoring the COSAM ticket system and assisting users with various software and hardware issues,
- Assisting with software installation and upgrades,
- Assisting with special projects,
- Keeping the work area clean and organized,
- Assisting with surplus process of obsolete hardware,
- Performing other duties under the direction of the IT staff, and
- Setting working hours around your class schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at Auburn University
- Basic knowledge of IT issues and computer software
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Candidate must be a United States citizen due to ITAR requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Rate
$12.00-$15.00/hour
Work Hours
